Terms & Conditions

 

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by Perfect Panelzz LTD, located at Unit G, Detling Aerodrome Estate, Maidstone, Kent, ME14 3HU. By leaving your vehicle with us for service or repair, you agree to the terms below.

 

2. Services Provided

We provide vehicle body repairs, full resprays, welding, paintwork, and parts replacement. All work will be carried out only as agreed with the customer.

 

3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are provided as guides and are not final invoices.

If additional work or parts are required, we will contact you for approval before continuing.

 

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate vehicle details, including make, model, and known damage.

All personal belongings should be removed from the vehicle before work begins.

Any insurance or warranty claims remain the responsibility of the customer unless agreed otherwise in writing.

 

5. Payment Terms

We accept cash, card, and bank transfer.

Payment is due on or before collection of the vehicle unless otherwise agreed.

A deposit of 25% may be required to secure a booking.

Late payment or delayed collection may result in storage charges.

 

6. Parts and Warranty

We may use OEM, aftermarket, or refurbished parts depending on customer preference, availability, and quotation.

Paintwork supplied and completed by Perfect Panelzz carries a 6-month warranty unless stated otherwise.

We do not provide a warranty on rust repairs unless specifically agreed in writing before work begins.

 

7. Liability and Insurance

Perfect Panelzz LTD is not responsible for:

- pre-existing damage

- loss of personal items left in the vehicle

- delays caused by parts supply or circumstances outside our control

 

We hold public liability insurance for our business operations.

 

8. Vehicle Collection and Storage

Customers must collect their vehicle within 7 days of being notified that the work is complete.

Storage charges may apply after this period.

Vehicles left uncollected for an extended period may be subject to further action in line with applicable law.

 

9. Test Drives and Road Testing

You authorise us to drive or test your vehicle where necessary for diagnosis, inspection, or quality control purposes.

 

10. Disputes

If a dispute arises, both parties agree to try to resolve it amicably in the first instance. If this is not possible, the matter will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
